Challenge
Employees at a large international company have a lot of information to manage, and health and pension are easy to neglect. Mærsk and Danica Pension wanted their wellbeing resources to be engaging and easy to act on, not just available somewhere.
Approach
Together with both organisations we mapped every relevant piece of health and pension content, and that inventory shaped the site’s information hierarchy. We produced new videos, articles and a game to explain complex topics in a format suited to a modern digital platform.
The site was built on Webflow with custom development, which let Mærsk keep its brand identity, and connected to the company-wide Yammer platform. Employees sign in securely with SSO across Danish locations.
Outcome
MyEnergy became the single entry point for physical, mental and financial health at Mærsk: expert guidance, resources and practical tips, with professional help from a doctor, psychologist or other specialist one click away.
